Doula

Alexis was born with a natural heart to serve and help those around her. She found her love for maternal health after an OB clinical rotation while she attended her nursing program, where she and her preceptor “caught” the baby without a provider present. That was a big deal! That experience catapulted her to pursue further studies of becoming a birth worker.  Since then, she has assisted numerous births over the past 7 years. 

Alexis is a trained doula through DONA International, as well as a Graduate Nurse and aspiring Midwife. She is mother of two, Hailey & Aj, as well as Molly, her newest 4- legged addition. With her infectious smile and consistent positive attitude, having Alexis in your birth space is sure to shift atmospheres, empowering you to do what your body was created to, as you journey through your birth process. Her heart's desire is that every person experiences a supported, educated, positive birth.
